At Suswaad, we take great care to ensure that your favourite sweets and savouries reach you fresh and on time. All our orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our head office located in T. Nagar, Chennai, through our trusted delivery partner – The Professional Couriers.

 Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

• All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• We aim to deliver your order within the following timelines:

  • South India & Metro Cities: Delivery typically takes 3–4 working days

  • Interiors & North India / Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5–7 working days

Please note: Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending

on the courier service and your location.

Shipping Charges

• We charge shipping based on the weight range of the package.

• Our standard shipping rate is ₹90 per kg.

• The shipping weight is always rounded up to the next whole number.
  For example:

  • If your order weighs 1.1 kg, you will be charged for 2 kg

  • Shipping cost for 2 kg = ₹180 (2 x ₹90)​

 The total shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

 Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Order Tracking

After your order is packed and handed over to The Professional Couriers, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

You can use this number to track your order directly on The Professional Couriers' website:
